Your tasks

- You will be responsible for functional consulting within large scale SAP S/4HANA and central finance programs

- You will develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.

- You will be managing and delivering large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team.

- You will be supporting and working with the Senior Managers / Directors / Partners across different areas of Procure-to-Pay, depending on project scope and across various stages of the project lifecycle.

- You will shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria

- You will train and coach team members.

Your profile

- You have a degree (bachelor / master), preferably in business or economics and ideally experience in consulting.

- You bring expert knowledge of best practices in operational procurement, invoice processing, supplier inquiry & helpdesk design, and payment execution. Experience in treasury and T&E Processing is beneficial.

- You have a track record in successfully led optimization projects and experience in process design and process improvement is a must!

- You have experience with SAP ECC (MM, FI), CFIN, and S/4HANA, Vendor invoice management solutions (e.g. Basware, Opentext) and eProcurement solutions. This is beneficial but not a must criteria.

- You have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills and you work well in a team.

  • You will be based in Zurich (preferably) and are flexible to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad.
