Expedia for Business (E4B) is looking for a strategic forward-looking Manager, Strategy and Operationsto play a meaningful role in evolving our business and redefining the travel industry. Do you want to help people go places? Come travel with us!

You will be part of the Strategy & Transformation team and responsible for strategy and operations supporting our largest travel partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Help recognize and frame strategic opportunities in a structured way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs
  • Build alignment and prioritization around gaps and new opportunities within the team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Synthesis, Recommendations and Execution: Synthesize information from multiple sources to generate insights and recommendations on business strategies and execute select projects
  • Drive decision-making and alignment by working across E4B and Expedia Group
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans
  • Coordinate and supervise project-related activities, recommending approaches for completing work to ensure achievements are met
  • Represent the LSP team and partner needs in cross-team initiatives run by other internal teams
  • Scaling Best Practices: Capture insights from LSP teams globally, translate this knowledge into learnings, best practices & consistency
Who you are:
  • You are someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills and experience leading projects with teams in various locations
  • You bring excellent quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills and an ability to translate metrics, research and trends into viable strategies
  • You see the ’big picture’ as well as the details and can effectively organize, prioritize and drive multiple projects
  • Proven experience overseeing the launch and day-to-day performance of cross-functional initiatives supporting teams in different locations
  • Understanding of the overall travel industry
  • You are a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and proven experience in presentation creation
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategy / business operations/ program or project management in a leading technology company; MBA a plus
