Hobson Prior are actively seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join a leading client in the Pharma/Biotech industry located in Switzerland. This is a 12-month contract rolewith 15+ positions available. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with entry-level experience as well as those with demonstrable experience who are looking to embark on a new venture in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will perform and document daily manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment, focusing on process control and manufacturing support activities.
• Executes manufacturing processing steps and monitors the process against the recipe & MFG documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including environmental health and safety regulations.
• Revises documents as instructed and is capable of equipment and/or process changes.
• Actively participates in training activities, managing individual training plans, and trains other associates as required.
• Executes validation protocols and ensures adherence to cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates the ability to independently document and record information related to job functions.
• Offers flexibility in work schedules to support 24/7 operations. (2-Shift Extended Model & 5-Shift Model).
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Demonstrable experience for Bachelor degree holders in a related field, or high school diploma holders.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required; German and/or French are assets.
• Solid understanding of the requirements within correct and timely documentation within a cGMP environment.
• Basic understanding of Biotech processes and ease with technology platforms are advantageous.
