  • Technical project lead for industrialization of new products.
  • Responsible for technical decisions to ensure the feasibility and quality of the product.
  • Responsible for accomplishment of the project milestones to support the project plan.
  • Technical focal point with the customer for solution finding.
  • Understanding of complex processes over the whole manufacturing chain.
  • Specific feasibility studies and determination of manufacturing costs for customer quotations.
  • Analysis and implementation of design and specification changes.
  • Implementation of process optimizations and qualitative improvements of products.
  • Technical support of production and supply chain departments.
  • Support of root cause analysis for quality defects.
  • Technical training of employees.
Dein Profil
  • Completed studies in engineering (or comparable several years of professional experience)
  • Experience in aerospace structure assembly or system installation
  • Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment (e.g. aviation)
  • Independent and reliable team player
  • Proactive and solution-oriented thinking
  • Good communication skills as well as flexibility and adaptability
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • IT/SAP competences (DVS, PDM, PLM systems)
