For our client, we are looking for the following profile:
Your mission
  • Management of the Customer support, coordinating the customer care and customer service via email and telephone
  • DE marketplaces management (KPI Monitoring, Escalation customer claims)
  • Management of main website (navigational content and products) in support to country coordinator
  • Identification of new marketing channels for site promotion in support to country coordinator
  • Participation to the commercial, operational and administrative structure
Your profile
  • Knowledge of German (native or bilingual) and English (at least B2)
  • Previous experience in an eCommerce would be preferable
  • Sales-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in customer experience and satisfaction would be preferable
  • Excellent PC use and writing speed
  • Optimal knowledge of the Office package
  • Continuous pursuit of personal and corporate improvement
  • Punctuality and reliability
