Right To Run is not just our social impact program, it’s a critical way for us to manifest our brand values and On’s mission in the world. We are dedicated to bringing access, inclusion, and safety to movement communities worldwide. To expand Right To Run and all our other social impact initiatives globally, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Campaign Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote On’s social impact initiatives globally.

In this position you will play a crucial role in communicating On’s commitment to social impact, being strongly connected with our ESG mission at large. You will work closely with Channel and Regional Managers, PR, Social teams and Creative Studio, as well as the Right To Run and Social Impact team. Ultimately, you will be the key person responsible for all Right To Run and social impact initiatives across the Global Marketing function.

Your Mission

  • Collaborate with the Social Impact team to understand program goals, objectives, and how to execute against them
  • Develop a strategy and roadmap for how to authentically communicate what social impact means at On, highlighting various global partners, initiatives, and impact, while prioritizing what stories have the greatest impact across a diverse, global audience
  • Own Right To Run-specific campaigns and collaborate with various stakeholders to execute them with maximum impact
  • Collaborate with marketing members across Marketing Pods to identify opportunities to integrate partners / various social impact initiatives into other campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding across all communications channels, aligning with On’s values and the goals of Right To Run
  • Utilize project management tools, particularly Asana, to set up and manage project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure all team members are aligned on project goals and deadlines
  • Owning and updating the Right To Run website, while collaborating with the website team to keep it up-to-date and publish new content
  • Working with Studio Management team to plan resource requirements for projects

Your story

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Campaign Management in a creative advertising agency or Marketing team
  • Proven track record in successfully coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of 360° marketing campaigns and the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies
  • A passion and interest for Social Impact topics
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight timelines, prioritize tasks, and find solutions without compromising quality or positivity
  • Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills while keeping sight of the bigger picture
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus
