Role Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, you will be in charge of managing the marketing and client strategy of TimeVallée focused on brand building, value proposition and customer lifetime value.

You will be responsible for driving the retail marketing activations and defining the customer experience across all channels and touchpoints as well as deploying the new client services and the brand partnerships on the marketing side.

You will provide structure and guidance to our retail partners to be customer-centric and over perform in the market in terms of client engagement, retention and satisfaction.

Last but not least, you will lead the global implementation of the client tech systems.

You will work closely with the other departments and with the markets – especially China - but also with the different Maisons and our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the global TimeVallée’s activation calendar and the client experience journeys.
  • Support and drive the markets and the retailers through the implementation of their roadmap (guidelines, tools, training…)
  • Lead regular reviews with key stakeholders (Maisons, retailers, landlords, partnerships) to maximize overall collaboration and identify business opportunities.
  • Drive the 360° marketing implementation of new client services (strap configurator, customer service, CPO…) and partnerships.
  • Monitor performance on both client & marketing KPIs and identify best practices.
  • Lead the roll-out and the adoption of the new client ecosystem ( CDP, Clienteling App, Marketing Automation…)

Profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in client and retail marketing, ideally in luxury
  • Business and client oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Understanding of client data end-to-end management processes (data architecture & flows, tech capabilities…)
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Can do attitude: ability to solve problems
  • You are creative, can think out of the box to identify and design opportunities to make the brand stand out and engage with our clients
  • Experience in a market or with a retailer is a plus
  • Fluent in English (French as a plus)
