Position

In order to reinforce our Marketing & Communication team based in Geneva, we are recruiting a


Marketing & Communication Manager Switzerland


Reporting directly to the Managing Director Switzerland, you will manage a team of 4 and your main missions will be to develop and ensure the excellent execution of marketing & communication strategies, support the achievement of our business objectives and maximization of our brand image.


Accountabilities
With the support of your team, you develop and implement the annual marketing & communication plan in the assigned area (geographical area & product category) in accordance with Central strategy and guidelines by defining the local budget and actions, as well as developing specific marketing and communication tools.


You support Sales in developing, implementing and improving plans, initiatives and actions to develop relations with clients. You implement the press relations initiatives, ensuring the appropriate media coverage always in accordance with Central guidelines. You define the promotional activity plan for all sales channels and ensure appropriate project management for their implementation, supervising the development of all marketing materials (CRM, BTL, etc.). Working closely with the sales team, you guarantee assistance and support to relevant information requests from the store network.


Ensuring visibility and brand values achievement, you support the evolution and deployment of our Digital plans and initiatives in the area, through the development and empowerment of all digital channels/tools. You manage media planning & buying activities in accordance with budget and image guidelines, ensuring consistency and integration between digital and offline communication.


You support also the local events (customer, press and trade events) in alignment with business initiatives, ensuring proper event brief/design, organization and execution.



Profile

You have at least 6 years of international marketing and communication experience with a strong background within the luxury industry. You have an expertise in Business strategy vision & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR and market development) and confirmed knowledge of key players. You are able to enhance the brand awareness through different sales channels and are a brand builder. You have excellent command of IT tools and are fluent in French, English and German, any other language an advantage.


Customer focused, you are proactive and have a solution-driven attitude. You have excellent communication skills and are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Loyal, you have strong interpersonal skills, which allow you to build and maintain strong relationship as well as motivate people around you. Driven for results, you are capable of leading various operational files in parallel while keeping a global vision on the projects. Known as an energetic person with a positive mindset, you are innovative and capable to make the difference by your ideas.


Furthermore, you have a pragmatic approach with an excellent analytical mind to problem solving and you can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans in order to be successful in this role.
