On behalf of a publicly listed group, we are looking for an experienced MarCom Professional with B2B background.

Tasks
  • MarCom > You develop the multinational Marketing Communications Plan in cooperation with Business Unit Leaders. Furthermore, you ensure the timely implementation of all online and offline initiatives with external service providers (e.g. trade fair companies or MarCom Agencies).
  • PR > In coordination with the Executive Management you define the annual highlights and realize internal and external communication programs in cooperation with a PR Agency.
  • Projects > You support the Executive Management for sustainability initiatives, but also the HR Leader with flanking measures for cultural transformation programs.

Requirements
  • Personality > You have an intercultural sensitivity and are self-reliant plus structured.
  • Brainpower > You bring a relevant education in Marketing Planning / Communications (Swiss Federal Diploma or Bachelor), have already gained several years of experience in the B2B area and know how to convert concepts into target-oriented actions for the relevant Stakeholders.
  • Hands-on > You know how to use a CMS or Design Applications (e.g. for Corporate Website, Newsletter) on your own and can formulate text stringently in English and German.
  • Target > Despite all the actions, you will not lose track of the goals and will ensure that the resources and budget are allocated to the benefit of the company.
