Marketing Communications Manager
- Define and develop omnichannel communication strategies for product/platform launches as well as for brand or commercial initiatives that are consistent with the company’s brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer/customer needs
- Define engagement strategies for B2B and B2C
- Cultivate content marketing strategies targeted at driving traffic, engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, retaining customers and building brand awareness
- Identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging
- Ensure consistent execution of the strategy across all touchpoints along the customer and consumer journey
- Develop strong marketing claims to support communication campaigns and ensure regulatory compliance of critical launch aspects
- Ensure Phonak brand strategy and CD/CI (visual, language, style) are brought to life
- Lead and manage creative agency and craft clear briefs to achieve effective communication idea developments
- Monitor campaign program success and analyse what is working and what is not with regard to the brand’s content marketing efforts
- Closely collaborate with Business Units, Audiology Team, Commercial Marketing, Digital Marketing and other stakeholders
- Support marketing communication execution within GCs in collaboration with the regional managers
- Keep track of budget and manage spend accordingly
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
- Strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in B2C Marketing
- Experience in CRM
- Team player
- Ability to liaise cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- English fluency is a must – fluency in German or any other language is nice to have
- Up to 10% travelling requirement
