For one of our clients, in the finance & insurance sector, we’re recruiting for the Marketing Communications Responsible.Strategic Marketing:

Promote the brand’s offers and products in order to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
Define and implement campaigns, digital marketing measures and promotional actions.
Write the marketing and communication strategy for the group in collaboration with the direction.

Digital and Communication:

In charge of all advertising activities (posters, daily press and advertising, TV, radio, internet, advertising material, gifts) including content design and ceptualisation.
Organize events and sponsorship actions.
Manage external partners (media, suppliers).
Coordinate internal stakeholders such as customer management, institutional publications, analysis, market research when implementing new campaigns.

Sustainability:

Write promotional and educational materials with the specialists on environmental, social and governance issues related to the investments made by the by the company.
Create commercial proposals focused on the consideration of ESG impacts in investment choices.
Respond to investigations and reporting requirements by the authorities.

Direct report:

The ideal profile we are looking for this position is:

At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
Higher education or further training in marketing (university, university of applied sciences or comparable education).
Good knowledge of wealth management industry or the financial services.
Deep interest in ESG impacts.
Proven experience in the design and delivery of cross-media marketing campaigns.
Mastery of basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) as well as graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Perfect command of the French language, both oral and written.
Fluency in English, German (oral and written), Swiss German is a plus.
Experience in project management.
