This is a full-time job opportunity for the 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Overview

Exciting opportunity to work on the marketing frontlines of emerging food brands in Switzerland. Role focuses on executing marketing and digital campaigns, driving growth in third-party and white label delivery, mobile/web platforms, and digital menu boards. Ensure content maintenance on organic and paid social media. Collaborate with RBI Tech, POS vendors, media agencies, and CRM partners for digital activations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the wider marketing team for campaign alignment.
  • Uphold brand’s visual identity and communicate updates effectively.
  • Analyze campaigns, provide insights, and collaborate on new project enablement.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, IT to enable new projects
  • Manage relations with third-party delivery aggregators, optimizing sales.
  • Manage content, pricing, and flow changes to digital ordering kiosk, digital menu boards, website ,and App
  • Oversee third-party POS integration, franchisee onboarding, performance analysis, and delivery issue resolution.
  • Develop CRM content, including email marketing to boost guest loyalty for Popeyes and Firehouse Subs platforms.
  • Collaborate onboarding restaurants to digital platforms.
  • Craft campaigns to boost acquisition/sales through the Popeyes and Firehouse App.
  • Manage relationship with marketing agency to coordinate product launches and offer campaigns
  • Maintain Social Media channels – creating and posting content across platforms
  • Innovate current processes, handle digital system health, and manage cross-functional digital and brand projects.

Your Experience And Skills

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in marketing execution with an agency or corporate.
  • Fluent in English and German, French also an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creativity skills.
  • Familiarity with content management platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to manage large data.
  • Organized, motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on, eager to work on a range of projects from strategic campaigns to in-restaurant execution.
  • EU/EFTA passport is required for the role.
