For our client Lonza we are looking for an employee with strong organizational skills at the location Basel for a temporary assignment. This role is a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.Tasks
  • Organizing, executing and managing the marketing and logistics of digital and in-person marketing events
  • Working closely with campaign managers and other marketing teams on all components of the tactics/ events as part of the campaign plans
  • Manage the entire flow of event tactics production according to the event plan jointly defined by campaign managers and marketing teams
  • On-site event support and assure that event targets are met and each program is evaluated
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience with event and/or project management
  • A highly motivated team player with a hands on mentality
  • Great knowledge of English, both written and oral
  • Profound computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented attitude
