Mission

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Ultima Collections’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify key target markets and implement strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Digital Marketing:

  • Keep website content consistent and updated (copy, imagery, posts, campaign landing pages).
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and brief them on new projects.
  • Implement Digital Campaigns across online platforms and track results
  • Research SEO & PPC to optimise existing ads for main keywords and niche areas.

Content Creation and Collateral Development:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Scheduling and publishing all content according to the Marketing & Communications plans and calendars.
  • Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.

Promotions and Packages:

  • Develop and promote special packages and loyalty programs to attract and retain guests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to create enticing promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of promotions and adjust strategies based on results.

Event Management:

  • Assist in the organisation of events across Ultima Collection properties/destinations as well as photoshoots across properties.

Reporting

  • Assist Marketing and Communications Manager deliver Sales and Marketing monthly report and other report where necessary.
  • Monitor competitor activity and new digital trends.

Social Media

  • Day-to-day management of the social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter etc) and the social media agency for organic content alongside responding and engaging with audiences.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise content performance for continuous improvement.

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Driving license

  • Flexible to work over the week-end and accompany long trips abroad

  • Ability to travel regularly

  • Mother tongue French and/or English or vice-versa (fluent in both)

  • Additional language a plus

  • Proven track record in hotel sales and marketing, preferably with boutique ultra-luxe properties

  • Autonomous and Independent, stress-resistant with UHNW demanding clientele
