What is a Nesternship?

A semi-virtual internship which will allow you to boost your digital skills, entrepreneurial spirit, as well as your agility to deal with different situations. In addition to that, you will be working on real life projects where you can have a hand in making an impact in the world’s largest food and beverage company.

Position Summary

To reinforce our Coffee Business Unit, we are looking forward to having a Marketing Intern joining our NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Marketing Team to help us launch innovations and create engaging experiences for our customers.
A day in the life of a Marketing Intern

  • Project management, activities and interactions with different stakeholders (marketing, sales, agencies, etc.)
  • Creation and management of communication material to support the brand at 360° (from web to POS)
  • Support the launch of product innovations and renovation as well as management of the existing portfolio
  • Support our eCommerce Manager in developing and managing our social medias as well as analyzing our online campaigns.
  • Organization and management of events (workshop, expositions, coffee tastings, mall events, etc.)
  • Management of different operational activities (budget, stock, reservations, etc.)
What will make you successful

  • Fluent in French or (Swiss)German with good knowledge of the second language, proficient in English.
  • Student or just graduated in Management, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Strong interest in Marketing, eCommerce, social medias and/or project management. Previous experience in one of these fields is a plus.
  • Strong interest for the NESCAFÉ brand and for coffee products.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and open personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
