Tasks

We are looking for a dynamic marketing enthusiast/professional Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive our business growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. As the Marketing Manager at 3Brain, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support our sales efforts. Given the ever-evolving marketing ecosystem and its supportive algorithms, we require someone with an innovative mindset who is well-informed and enthusiastic about unravelling its complexities to achieve triumph for both our team and organization. Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive brand visibility and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Devise and implement strategies to feed the sales pipeline and collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales tools to support their efforts.
  • Plan, create, execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan company events, coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Generate and coordinate the generation of high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, website content, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.
  • Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on marketing ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing with at least a few years in the life science sector.
  • Track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Applicant must have an EU/EFTA or Swiss Citizenship.
Additional Qualifications

  • Scientific education/experience in molecular biology.
  • Prior experience in life science companies, especially in those operating in drug screening, cell-based assay and the preclinical markets.
  • Chinese language skills.
