Mondaine Watch Ltd. is a globally dynamic, innovative group of companies active in the manufacture and marketing of watches with its own brands as well as license and customer brands (OEM).

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our Mondaine and M+WATCH team at our headquarter in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Conception, Coordination and Controlling of yearly global marketing calendar
• Designing and Coordination of 360 marketing toolbox for distributors (B2B) and e-commerce (B2C) with launch campaign materials, product images, press releases, POS and sales support tools, catalogues, etc.
• Planning and execution of physical and digital events and trade fairs
• Active contribution in the distributors market to support the local marketing campaigns, media relations and product launches
• Planning, development and implementation of various communication tools and CI/CD brand guidelines
• Actively maintain the social media tools, such as Facebook and Instagram, and contribute to develop and control the monthly social media plan and newsletters
• Designing marketing concepts for product launches and brand campaigns
• Coordination of new product launches including product description copies, product images, packaging, collateral material, launch dates
• Responsible for the global brand and marketing budget

You will need to bring:

• Education and previous experience in marketing or communication
• Experience with branded consumer goods
• Minimum of 5 years proven on-the-job experience in marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/CMS Knowledge, Asana and Trello an advantage
• Excellent English and German communication skills
• Passion for luxury goods and industry
• Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong interest in brands, social media and creative marketing
• Motivated, committed and service oriented person with a start-up mind-set and a can-do attitude
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales, New Product Development Manager and Marketing Services
• Internal Customer Service for distributors
• External agencies, freelancers, influencers…
