The Role

Logitech is looking for a European Marketing Manager for its Streamers & Creators and Music categories to be instrumental in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive Logitech as the preferred brand for creators. This role offers a wide scope of responsibilities including brand building, marketing planning, content development, agency engagement, regional marketing alignment and working closely with EU channel partners. You will be part of a passionate, committed & diverse team of marketers who develop regional strategies, ideas and content to meet the evolving needs and demands of our growing business customers and channel partners.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated ability to internalize business and brand objectives and translate into clear, inspiring and actionable marketing plans and go-to-market programs across the ecosystem. This includes expert understanding of driving demand generation campaigns through impactful storytelling, mastering the lead generation process as well as driving thought leadership campaigns. In this role you will work with different stakeholders throughout the company to bring forth the most comprehensive and impactful marketing plan possible. These groups include: Global Marketing, Global Digital Sales Team, Corporate Communications, Social, Web Marketing, Reporting and Analytics -- and external channel partners.

  • Translate global strategies & create powerful marketing plans that achieve commercial success in our local markets.
  • Engage with S&C and Music channel partners and customers through impactful demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies based on market intelligence, locally relevant customer insights, and best practices.
  • Guide creative development of our brand and campaign assets that resonate with our creator target audience.
  • Drive 360-degree marketing plans for new product launches that integrate PR, thought leadership content, social and digital activations and channel marketing programs.
  • Effectively manage agencies and internal resources for the on-time delivery of world class marketing campaigns and impactful content series.
  • Drive coordination and alignment with global marketing teams.
  • Cooperate closely & align with EU channel partner marketing teams in a multinational matrix organisation.
Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
  • Experience developing innovative marketing programs along the customer buyer’s journey.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to act in a fast paced environment.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • Experience working with channel partners across Europe.
  • BA/BS degree. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience managing marketing through the entire product lifecycle from conception through EOL.
  • Strong communication, influencing and organizational skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies.
  • Ready to lead groups, inspire creativity, and ability to interact with multiple partners.
  • Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities.
  • Self-motivated, driven and high energy level.
