As Locatee’s Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll turn data into actionable insights and make our Marketing team more efficient. You’ll leverage internal and external data to help us identify our targets and the best way to reach out to them. You will as well manage, integrate and build our Marketing tech stack and the associated processes. Ultimately, you’ll measure our progress towards Marketing & company goals and communicate this progress with dashboards and reports.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. A successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and fast-growing team to build a robust growth engine.

Tasks

  • Own our Marketing Tech Stack: ensure the quality of the data, automate workflows and ensure processes are followed.
  • Segment the data & support Account-based marketing, demand generation and outreach campaigns
  • Automate lead qualification and ensure the marketing team focuses on the right, duly qualified, leads.
  • Leverage internal and external data to better understand our target market, ultimately increasing conversion rates.
  • Reporting: Analyze and interpret results from our marketing & sales activities and share actionable insights with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement within the company.
  • Contribute to the success of the marketing team by contributing with best practices, creativity and new innovative ideas.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think out of the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:

  • 4+ years working in Marketing operations, or in Digital marketing and a strong affinity with data.
  • Affinity for Marketing & Sales technology, experience with Hubspot or Salesforce required (experience with both a plus / experience with Salesloft, Demandbase a plus)
  • Process oriented and deep knowledge of Marketing automation best practices and KPIs.
  • Understanding of campaign strategy/development, messaging, customer segmentation.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Must love data and be good at driving learnings.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills in English
  • A problem-solver mindset.
  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.
