Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Marketing Team of the Industrial Division is in charge of planning, creating and executing worldwide marketing and sales support activities in cooperation with our business units and sales organizations. In order to strengthen our team, which is based in our global operational Headquarter in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist Chem/Pharma.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:
  • Analyze and understand global market segments (Chem/Pharma) to create and communicate marketing campaigns and sales-tools that will allow our Market Organizations around the globe to generate new business opportunities
  • In this role, the collaboration between marketing- and product management teams around the globe is key, when it comes to understanding the market’s needs and creating and executing marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and simultaneously increase brand awareness
  • Increase impact of sales by creating consistent and "proven-to-work" sales tools for POS scenarios
  • Conduct market research for key-segments to better understand market needs and support local sales teams
  • Furthermore you support product management in the creation and execution of product launches with your segment expertise

What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Chemistry
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a chemical or pharmaceutical environment
  • Proficient English skills is required with very good skills in German
  • You are a self-motivated, communicative and detail oriented team player with a strong customer orientation
  • Organizational talent is a must, project management experience would be an advantage
