As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing related topics and commercial development assistance in the Swiss market for NESTLE Cereals Business, as well as coordination of selective projects as part of NORTH Cluster Marketing HUB.

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Specialist

  • Understand business environment and execute marketing and commercial plans, to deliver market share and volume objectives
  • Successfully execute product Innovation & Renovation launches in CH market including packaging design coordination
  • Develop the strategy and coordinate the local media planning process with a guidance from North Cluster Marketing HUB
  • Analyze monthly market, customer, brand and promotion data (Nielsen) and provide recommendations based on the findings
  • Assist in development of customers dedicated presentations (annual negotiations, etc…)
  • Lead development of trade-related materials (on- and offline POSM, sampling and couponing, etc.)
What will make you successful

  • Bachelor Degree in Business (or marketing; communication)
  • 1-2 years of Marketing experience (FMCG and food experience preferred)
  • Experience in Nielsen data analysis or equivalent (strong plus)
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in German (native or bi-lingual), French and English
