Responsibilities

  • Your scope of responsibility covers building awareness by executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs and support profit improvement
  • In this role you will participate in the deployment of the marketing planning, be in charge of the content creation for the different marketing collaterals both editorial and graphic material
  • You take care of preparing briefings and coordinating with external agencies according to ongoing projects
  • As part of your job you will do benchmarking of the competitors’ marketing and communication materials and make proposals for best-in-class marketing materials accordingly
  • As an active member of the marketing team, you will support the different marketing activities and collaborate closely with the Marketing Operational Manager
  • Additionally you manage the different tools such as LiMAM and Sharepoint

Competencies

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the marketing field or have obtained your Federal Certificate of higher vocational education
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and communication field in a similar role, preferably in an international industrial company
  • You possess fluent proficiency in English and German, whereas good knowledge in French is an advantage
  • You are familiar with MS Office, experience using Empower, MS Project, Indesign and Google Analytics and a pronounced affinity to social media
  • You are an open-minded and task oriented person, with a proactive and creative way of working. In addition, your personality is characterized by a hands-on mentality, high flexibility and capacity for organization
