Job content

The trainee will complete the following project as part of her/his internship within Edwards
  • Support on Content creation – Support increasing activity in digital marketing (websites, email campaigns, etc.) & therapy development (e-detailing, new campaign, etc.)
  • Support the commercial team on event design and execution: maintain event calendar, coordinate logistics, and create marketing materials
  • Support the deployment of the social media strategy and Showpad to the field team

Content Creation & Marketing Automation support

Contribute to development of THV & TMTT Omnichannel Marketing ecosystem:

  • Support the planning, design, internal approval, and deployment of both print and digital content for THV & TMTT business units, in close collaboration with the Sr Marketing & Strategy Manager responsible for the integrated marketing plan
  • Work with partner agencies to coordinate content creation and execution, ranging from audiovisual production agencies to marketing automation agencies.
  • Coordinate projects with relevant cross-functional EW stakeholders

Event Management support

  • Maintain THV & TMTT event calendar
    • Follow up with sales manager to ensure calendar is updated
    • Schedule & manage bi-weekly alignment call with field team
    • Ensure field team follows EEMEA event management process
  • Contribute to the development and execution of THV & TMTT events:
    • Work with partner agencies to design relevant marketing materials and to coordinate logistics
    • Act as project manager for each key event, ensuring every stakeholder is clear about his/her responsibilities
    • Identify & recommend process improvement opportunities

Marketing project support

  • Deploy social media strategy
    • Get Amplify licenses allocated, finalize content calendar & get content piece created and approved
  • Deploy Showpad to THV & TMTT BU
    • Work with EU Marketing partner to prepare the deployment of showpad in EEMEA (design & set up of the tool)
    • Execute the deployment of the tool, including field force training (EW & distributor)

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Marketing or Business area of study preferred

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency with related digital marketing tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and relationship management skills with ability to work closely/build relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Moderate knowledge in the latest digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy
  • Moderate knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Moderate knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
  • High creativity and analytical abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze metrics efficiently and provide insightful campaign effectiveness reports to clients
  • Ability to effectively multitask, juggling various projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization
