MASTER Marketing junior / Assistant Media, 6 months mission (m/f)
Main responsabilities
Media planning
· Develop and define the worldwide print and digital media planning strategy defining guidelines for national and local media activation in line brand strategy and according to needs and projects.
· Define the media planning guidelines for both traditional and digital media.
· Monitor and review local plans to ensure full alignment with global media strategy, monitor and supervise local implementation. Work with internal stakeholders to validate all Local/Coop Media plans.
· Monitor media and market trends, competitive activities, and emerging platforms.
Media order & advertising material
· Coordinate with Corporate Image Department for all visual production for Print, Outdoor and Display.
· Treat on a daily base 100% of the orders arriving from markets, checking all details of media orders and media plans to be coherent with overall worldwide communication strategy.
· Make sure all visual delivery is done on time and according to visual guidelines.
· Define and create guidelines for advertisements and digital campaigns for Point of Sales (POS), Print Media & Out Of Home (OOH), paid social, web and E-cards usages.
· Manage and update the Digital Asset Management system with new advertising assets and product images.
· Update all order forms for each new advertising campaigns.
Retailer website & e-commerce guidelines
· Ensure always up-to-date content for website (soldier-shots, banners, product descriptions, special features, videos), diffusing the web package to all the markets on time for the product launches.
· Control and follow up all worldwide requests for Watches & Jewelry presence on local retailer websites.
· Monitor final on-air websites and all partners e-commerce appropriate functioning and implementation.
· Create specific guidelines for markets and ensure correct application.
· Coordinate and update the I-frame webtool for local implementation based on central requests and local feedbacks.
Requested profil
· Master degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communication.
· First experience as a stage in the luxury business is a plus.
· Perfectly fluent in English and French.
· Mastering the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
· Proactive attitude, stress-resilient and able to work in team in a dynamic and changing environment.
· Analytical and creative approach, solution oriented.
