In order to develop our Business Unit Automotive Product Group, based in Murten we are looking for a Materials Analysis Technician / Engineer (w/m), who would realize mechanical tear down analysis in collaboration with test laboratory, engineering team and quality team.
Responsibilities
  • Tear Down analysis of actuator of all Segment of the AS BU.
  • Root cause analysis of failures during validation and testing of new products
  • Support Quality & Engineering teams for analysis of customer claims
  • Define the test plan with the quality team in case of customer claims
  • Development of test process for first analyze on production site
  • Developing and drafting standard work, process procedure, work instructions, and control plan documentation
  • Work with the Engineering team to influence actuator design and architecture
  • Application of quality system procedure - taking into consideration the quality aspects at the work
Requirements:
  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Mechanical, construction or industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge in mechanical production processes such as injection molding, punching of metal parts and industrial manufacturing processes
  • Good knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology
  • Fluent French or German
  • Good communication skills in English (B1 – B2)
  • Team work capability, flexible, reliable and conscientious
