Your Responsibilities
  • Organizational and logistical support on international and national congresses including timeline management
  • Coordination and organization of speaker and consultant and sponsoring activities in alignment with Medical Advisors and MSL’s
  • Exact tools and system maintenance in line with compliance guidelines (SAP, CRM, iMR, HPR, eMP etc)
  • Regular exchange with the Medical Project Coordinators and Project Owner (Medical Advisor / MSL) on the current project status, timelines/deadlines and budget overview for medical education events
  • Active participation in sharing best practice sessions for Medical Project Coordinators
  • Collaboration and alignments with external travel agencies (World Events, AMEX, C2)
  • Supporting the Medical Therapy Area team in administrative tasks
Who We Are Looking For
  • Fluency in German mandatory and English required
  • Commercial Education or equivalent
  • Financial signature level according to Financial Approval Matrix
  • Be well structured, organized and exact working
