THE ROLE: - actively selling memberships and individual training sessions as per Targets; - upselling of retail goods and premium services to existing members; - consulting members regarding our offers, services and special offers; - arrangement and coordination of training and wellness appointments; - advising your clients regarding fitness, wellness and health; - complaint handling including internal, systematic post-Treatment; - participation in Club events and cooperation with other departments REQUIREMENTS: - education in economics / sales; - previous experience in a similar role of at least 0.5 years; - excellent communication skills in local language and English; - creativity and high level of self-management and self-motivation; - strong customer orientation; - impeccable manners and appearance OUR OFFER: - attractive salary conditions; - free premium club membership and team Events; - local & international training opportunities; - long-term career prospects, equal pay (m/f) and much more!
