Proclinical are recruiting a MES Group Leader for a biotech consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel.Responsibilities
  • Guarantee that the solutions developed are maintainable and meet the company’s needs.
  • Collaborate with business process managers to develop solutions.
  • Responsible for interface management to assure correct communication between the various electronic systems with MES.
  • Accountable for the organisation and management of the MES team.
  • You will analyse and evaluate upcoming project needs and assist with change request management.
  • The ideal candidate will plan and execute the MES method, project planning, setting of milestones, plan actions and supervise deadlines.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.
Key Skills And Requirements
  • Completed training in IT/automation/chemistry/biology/pharmacy with a correspondence for IT systems.
  • Familiarity in a first management role.
  • Acquaintance with executing "manufacturing execution systems".
  • Expertise in PAS-X would be beneficial.
  • Prior involvement working in a chemical and pharmaceutical organisation would be beneficial to the role.
  • Fluency in the German language with knowledge in English.
