Inside our global IT operations centers, these systems, networks, processes and infrastructure are monitored 24/7/365 ensuring platform stability and proper function.We are searching for someone to monitor our vast IT systems and infrastructure as part of a global team of technical operations staff covering all shifts to support continuous monitoring. You will detect issues, respond to alarms, escalate problems and perform incident management among our various teams.Do you have passion for technology and interest in the financial sector?   • Production system processes and services.
  • Underlying network links and hardware components.
  • Underlying server nodes and connectivity.
  • Remote access and telecommunications systems.
  • Environmental, power & security systems.
  • Real time processing and file delivery systems.
Qualification & SkillsKey Requirements
  • Technology enthusiast
  • Vigilant
  • Proactive
  • Hands-on mentality
Preferred
  • Experience with IT systems
  • Practical (or at minimum, theoretical) knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
