In this position you will support the research and support departments at all three Empa locations (Dübendorf, St. Gallen and Thun) with professional IT services.   • You take over the main responsibility for engineering, operation, automation and support of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
  • You take the main responsibility for the automation in the area of Account Lifecycle Management (user creation on all systems: AD, Exchange, SfB, NettApp web interface for account deactivation)
  • Ensure stable operation of Empa’s Microsoft Backend Services (focus on Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services)
  • Automation of standard services and interfaces to peripheral systems (PowerShell programming)
  • Advise and support our internal customers (2nd/3rd level)

What You Bring To The Job
  • An education in computer science (HF, FH, Uni, TU)
  • Proven experience in Active Directory, MS Scripting and Power Shell
  • Profound knowledge in the field of engineering
  • Very good knowledge in the design of topologies in the area of Microsoft infrastructures and in the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SfB, etc.)
  • Ge: B2 – Upper Intermediate
  • En: B2 – Upper Intermediate
