Customer Service RepresentativeNo visa support01/06/2023 to 30/11/2023We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer support on behalf of our client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. This is a temporary position with a duration of six months with a possibility of extention if you perform well during your first assignment.Responsibilities- Serve as a professional point of contact for customers, including hospitals, practices, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical distributors, as well as internal sales teams.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely responses related to the order-to-invoice process.
- Process customer orders, prioritise them, and ensure on-time delivery to customer premises.
- Receive, verify, and enter customer orders for pharmaceutical and medical technology products, marketing materials, and samples through various channels.
- Monitor and follow up on open orders, ensuring product availability, allocation, and smooth processing through EDI and e-shop systems.
- Coordinate logistics and emergency deliveries with external service partners to meet customer requirements.
- Handle inbound calls in German, French, and Italian, including recording patient safety relevant side effects and managing them according to established procedures.
- Perform multi-channel invoicing within the agreed-upon deadlines.
- Manage complaints from receipt to resolution coordination, including returns management.
- Completion of commercial training, business studies, or similar qualifications.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in German, English, and French. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the health care industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP and salesforce.com, as well as MS Office applications. Experience with E-commerce platforms (EDI, Webshop, GHX) is a plus.
- Possess an empathetic and friendly personality with the ability to remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
- Strong ability to stay focused and adapt quickly to changing situations and topics, even under pressure.
