The Role

Logitech is looking for a skilled Network/Telecom Engineer to support, manage and maintain Logitech’s Telecom and VC Environments.

The Network/Telecom Engineer will work closely with our Network, InfoSec, EEPS (Employee Experience and Productivity Services) , Platform Services and Business Group (BG) Teams.

As part of a Global fast moving team, you will be exposed to an evolving UC environment with an exciting early customer access to new Logitech products and technologies as well as supporting our Global Voice and Video services.

  • Manage and maintain Logitech’s EMEA and Global Telecom Infrastructure
  • Billing and Vendor Management for Logitech’s Telecom and Mobility contracts
  • Meeting Room/AV Hardware Installation and maintenance from small rooms up to All Hands spaces.
  • Engage In Technical Discoveries on new to the business IT tools, to support and progress our Telecom hardware and software environment.
  • Provide Technical Support to IT Teams and End Users for any Telecom or VC needs.
  • Work with Video Collaboration Business Group to test new products and troubleshoot issues
  • Prepare and maintain our Global VC/Telecom Inventory
  • Monitor and Analyse our Telecom Call quality.
  • Create End User Guides for any new Technology deployed to Logitech and provide End User Training
  • Collaborate closely with Logitech Network Team on any Local site or Global Infrastructure projects
  • Support all forms of Voice and Video Communications within Logitech
Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:
  • Strong Software and OS Knowledge
  • Windows Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Zoom, Google or O365 admin a plus
  • Knowledge of Cloud Phone and VC System administration
  • Good hardware install, cabling and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Strong Cisco Network, SIP and UC knowledge
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution
  • Good awareness of various VC Tools, Skype/Teams, Zoom, Hangouts, Webex etc
  • Great communication skills, comfortable working across multiple teams of varying technical skills
  • Document Management and Creation experience
  • Willingness to own and lead team initiatives
  • Fluent in English
Education
  • 4 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2+ Years of Voice Network experience, support and operational
  • Cisco or Equivalent Network/Telecom certification a plus
    • CCNA Voice, CCNP, CCNP Voice
