Neurology Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

The Neurology Marketing Specialist will support the gMG and NMOSD Disease Leads by developing, executing, and following up on International Marketing activities that support the maximization of the ULTOMIRIS launches and growth in both indications.

The Marketing Specialist will understand international markets needs and competitive environment, setting priorities to support the gMG and NMOSD strategy and tactics, and must ensure the respect of any applicable SOP, regulation, company values and procedures as applicable.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development of Ultomiris gMG and NMOSD disease launch plans, focusing on the marketing tactical planning discussions in alignment with the countries.
  • Understand digital customer journey in gMG and NMOSD to generate the appropriate digital resources to maximize impactful launch communication in International and countries, following the company digital strategy.
  • Implement / execute the annual marketing plans including action plan and associated marketing budget within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with external vendors in implementing communication tools and in developing campaigns and materials / deliverables.
  • Lead the internal process to develop, review, approve and disseminate promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to deliver on the International congress plans. Coordinate the efforts of developing and approving the promotional materials, managing logistical agencies, collaborating with the different functions involved.
  • Supports disease Leads in addressing needs from the markets and ensure best practices sharing among them to maximize current business and support successful new launches.
  • Lead monthly communications and best practice forums with countries marketing leads in coordination with the International Disease Leads.
  • Support disease leads in organizing and running collocated internal international disease forums and launch meetings.
  • Support in the planning and demonstrate active participation and collaboration in core team meetings and cross-functional team meetings.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional colleagues in commercial operations, digital, market access, medical affairs, and other functions to better understand and address the needs of our key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3 years marketing experience acquired in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Strong digital knowledge and experience
  • Strong scientific orientation and background

Education

  • Life science degree
  • Business degree as an advantage
