Our client is an international company newly based in Nyon.
Job Description
- General office duties: faxing, filing, scanning, letter drafting, organizing, etc.
- Reception duties
- Purchase order request
- Working knowledge of all MS Office products and ability to work on a computer.
- Interact with high volume correspondence in polite and timely manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize files for billing, customer, and client records
- Schedule appointments for staff
The Successful Applicant
- Detail oriented and high quality of work and accuracy
- Telephone skills and professional attitude
- Must be punctual and presentable
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, highly organized
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to be in office Monday-Friday
