Atrinum Group is an established provider with international client base for infrastructure solutions within financial and regulated industries with beautiful office location in ParkTower Zug.

We encourage a very independent, flexible way of working with up 25% from home. Become part of our small team based in modern offices in the Park Tower Zug.

We are seeking a passionate Assistant (m/f/d) to complement our team to support multiple internal projects in mainly Finance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support internally and for clients, these may include basic Legal & Compliance matters
  • Provide general client maintenance assistance
  • responding to client requests
  • onboarding of clients / troubleshooting in process
  • dealing with day to day client administration
  • monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up
  • Ensure close co-operation with various project teams
  • Collaborate in marketing activities of the projects
  • Help with client servicing and prospecting in English and German.

Education And Qualifications

  • Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar

Experience, Skills And Competencies Required

  • Experience in the financial industry is considered a plus
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken), Spanish is an asset.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team player
  • Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
  • Reliable and accurate in a self-paced environment
