The Role Position based in Geneva with one day a week in Lausanne We are seeking a Category Manager (Digital Sport Leader) for the Winter Sports universe to join our eCommerce team in Switzerland. As a Digital Sport Leader, you will work closely with the Sports team (offer, supply) and the Digital team (acquisition, tech, data) to drive the growth of your categories on Switzerland’s largest online sports platform. Your mission is to ensure user satisfaction and conversion. If you are passionate about sports and eager to be part of a dynamic, growing company, this role is perfect for you! My Responsibilities Objective: Increase your sport market share with a relevant strategy for the Swiss market and an adapted business policy. You track trends and developments within your sport and adjust your strategy accordingly. You work closely with the commercial teams to tailor our offerings, services, and commercial promotion plan to meet the market’s needs. You are accountable for the online growth of your sport - You define the online business plan and associated marketing strategies for your sport in collaboration with the sales and communication teams - You oversee the online availability of your products - You optimize product categorization, navigation, and information to enhance the online customer experience - You collaborate with the Traffic and CRM teams to maximize new customer acquisition and increase the frequency of visits from existing customers across all sales channels (website, mobile app, stores). - You analyze data and make decisions based on it - You drive your online revenue and respond accordingly to your projections. By leading these initiatives, you play a pivotal role in shaping the success of your sport’s market presence and online growth strategy.
