CASINO DAVOS AG / Casino 777 is looking for an experienced Online Operations Manager 100% who could start immediately or by appointment.With almost 30 years of history as a landbased Casino in the highest city of Europe and one of the first Online Casinos in Switzerland, the landbased Casino Davos and the Online Casino 777 are benefiting from continuous and steady growth in a still unsaturated market. Casino Davos AG is looking for a passionate and ambitious Online Operations Manager to lead the online business in cooperation with the Managing Director.TasksStrategy
  • Overall responsibility for the Online Operations
  • Collaboration with the Managing Director and the Finance Manager in setting business priorities for the upcoming year
  • Research tools and solutions best suited to meet the needs of the department
  • Market research and competitive analysis
  • Management and support of the Online Games, product/ platform and the Marketing Team
Reporting
  • Responsibility for performance reporting and automation of reporting processes
  • Responsibility for the development of business intelligence in cooperation with the Group
  • Reporting to the Managing Director and the Director of the Group
  • Responsible for communication and reporting towards the regulatory authority
Product
  • Project management of the online product and third-party vendor management
  • Responsible for the business development
  • Responsible for the online product roadmap
Payments
  • Responsible for the payment solution together with the finance department
  • Responsible for SAFE (DZS)
  • Keeping up to date with new PSPs in the marketplace
  • Work with the payments team to monitor and track performance (in conjunction with FIN)
RequirementsProfessional experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in the online gaming industry
  • Project management experience
  • University degree
  • Experience in process- and quality management
  • Experience in leading small teams
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies
  • Experience with SCRUM or similar management tools
  • Good understanding of VIP management and CRM
  • Experience with Online Poker is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
Language skills:
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (at least level C1)
  • Very good written and spoken German or French skills (at least level C1)
  • Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills
