Our client is looking for someone with experience within the asset management industry, supporting the administration of funds in multiple jurisdictions, e.g. Cayman Islands / master feeder structure etc. The role involves supporting the business in all aspects of its administration of its funds and compliance related activities, working closely with senior managers and the business, to implement best in class procedures. Prior crypto experience is not necessary but an excellent understanding of asset management as it relates to proper administration of funds in a multi-jurisdictional environment is essential.Our client is an institutional crypto asset manager with liquid and illiquid strategies.   • Responsible for building, implementing, and managing the compliance and operational due diligence process for across all liquid and illiquid investments
  • Identify and navigate the key security, custody and operational risks associated with their crypto fund investments
  • Possibility to have a significant scope to contribute towards the operations, management, and strategic development of the broader Asset Management busines
  • Contribution towards the operations, management, and strategic development of the broader Asset Management business
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance or technology sectors, of which at least 3-4 years in crypto space
  • Relevant degree in a technical discipline such as maths, computer science, engineering
  • Deep technical understanding of cryptocurrencies and the broader digital asset / blockchain ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of information security and custody of crypto assets, including institutional custody solutions, private-key management, wallets, and crypto exchanges
  • Awareness of operational functions and risks related to the management of crypto assets
  • Technically minded with high attention to detail and willingness to question, challenge and argue your view
  • Fluency in English
