Your tasks

  • Perform operational order processing for materials and services
  • Review supplier ordering and delivery processes and initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • Obtain information on preferred suppliers and current contracts to support strategic sourcing objectives
  • Actively manage suppliers
  • Participate in the automation of the process landscape
  • Proactively optimize inventory by applying common best-in-class methodologies

Your profile

  • Completed basic commercial or technical training
  • Further training in purchasing or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in the machine industry and/or in a multinational environment would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent in German (mandatory) and English, other languages would be an advantage
