Reporting directly to the Team Leader, responsibilities will include:
  • Operating and monitoring complex organic GMP production processes in MC4a building in Visp.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot, perform cleaning and maintenance, and work in clean rooms.
  • Documenting the production steps and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Supporting the definition of manufacturing processes from the beginning.
  • Ensuring all operations are carried out in compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines.
  • Identifying and resolving malfunctions and deviations.
  • Conducting on-site analyses independently.
  • Writing, documenting, and maintaining production batch records and SOPs, adhering to GMP and GDP standards.
  • Actively participating in Huddle/Hoshin Level 0 meetings.
  • Embracing a continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to work.
  • Working independently, demonstrating agility, flexibility, accuracy, and cleanliness.
  • Being open to a 2-model shift pattern.
