Quality Control Product Coordinator - Project Support RolePosition OverviewAs the QC Product Coordinator for Project Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our sterile and non-sterile products, raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables. Collaborating closely with product managers, you’ll contribute to maintaining product specifications, managing change requests, and facilitating efficient testing processes. Your attention to detail and expertise will be crucial in upholding our quality standards and supporting various project initiatives.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to provide comprehensive product support across sterile and non-sterile product lines, raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate release and runtime specifications for assigned products, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage change requests for specifications and test documentation, guaranteeing that changes are properly documented and communicated.
  • Develop and modify test plans within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), covering areas such as PQ, validations, complaints, operational test batches, and specialized analytical orders.
  • Take charge of material master maintenance, batch tracing, and release preparation using SAP and LIMS platforms.
  • Prepare batch releases and generate Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) in accordance with established protocols.
  • Evaluate supplier certificates and samples to validate incoming materials.
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain procedural consistency.
Your Qualifications
  • Completion of training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, CTA, PTA, or possess a scientific degree (Bachelor).
  • Initial exposure to the GMP environment, preferably in quality control or quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, exhibiting reliability, precision, punctuality, and resilience.
  • Proficiency in various software applications, notably LIMS and SAP, along with a strong command of MS Office suite. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient English language skills to facilitate clear communication.
