Founded in 2008, Medisupport is a network of local Swiss laboratories providing medical analysis for general medicine, pathology, genetics and services for DNA sequencing, reproductive medicine, hygiene, and environment analysis. Medisupport’s IT department is responsible to provide highly automated processes to the laboratories and innovative solutions for customers, prescribers and patients.

Based in Niederwangen (BE), the successful candidate (m/w), will be in charge of the creation and follow-up of order entry forms (Paper and electronic) for the laboratories and clients of the Medisupport group.


Main tasks:

  • Design, improve and implement order entry form from multiple programs (e.g., Mediaform).
  • Test and validate communication with the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
  • Handle incoming related support requests.
  • Plan and organize tasks in accordance with the company’s priorities.
  • Establish, analyze and process, in an autonomous way, projects or a part of them.


Specific tasks:

  • Identify and interpret user needs and requirements for implementation.
  • Analyze available data and develop various solution proposals.

  • Capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services.
  • A good command of computer software.
  • Team player, communication with empathy, mutual respect, and diplomatic approach.
  • Solution oriented, with good analysis, lateral thinking and driver for change.
  • Stress resistant and adaptive. Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis


Experience and language:

  • Proven track record in a similar position. Previous experience in a medical or laboratory environment is a plus.
  • Experience with configuration and programming of company processes in an ERP (SAP or others) is a plus.
  • Mother language German or French and good command of the other language is mandatory.
