You create value by supporting our Global Organization Team. As an active member of our Global Employee Experience Champions Group, you back our Global Employee Listening Strategy through supporting our local businesses.

Some of your exciting challenges include:
  • Supporting and coordinating the roll-out of strategic HR Projects in the areas of employee engagement, organisational development, and talent management
  • Organizing and tracking project tasks as well as deliverables, and engaging in stakeholder alignment
  • Setting up and administrating employee opinion surveys, analysing and structuring their data sets, deriving conclusions, as well as creating presentations for decision making
  • Supporting preparation for meetings and coordination of agenda and resources
  • Building relationships internally and collaborating effectively on cross-functional and global terms

You bring great problem-solving skills and the ability to select as well as judge relevant information. Your analytical and curious mindset is paired with a high willingness to learn.

Further requirements may include:
  • Currently studying for your Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Psychology, Data Science, or Business Administration with Focus on HR
  • Keen understanding of underlying business drivers in HR
  • Knowledge of Data Computing Programs (Java, Python, R) and Business Intelligence Tools (PowerBI)
  • Working proficiency in English and German
