People Development Manager

In this challenging and diversified role with a global scope, you would be reporting to the Head of Group Human Resources and act as the mastermind of our people development initiatives, and looking after the following activities:

Your Tasks
  • Design, implementation and co-ordination of groupwide development programs: global leadership program and leadership transition, global performance management program, global succession planning, onboarding programs
  • Design, implementation and co-ordination of knowledge management, skill development and talent pipelining
  • Consultation and support with regard to individual development needs of senior management and top talents
  • Design, implementation, co-ordination of a global Learning Management System (LMS), close co-operation with owners of internal and external use-cases
  • Definition of frameworks, policies and guidelines in the area of people development
  • Project Management of the above
  • Vendor management

Your Profile
  • University Degree in a relevant related subject with 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong track record in implementing people development on a multinational company in People Development Management, Project and Program Management
  • Fluent in English, German language skills is a plus
  • Consultation, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills combined with business acumen and partnership, Solution orientation
  • Pragmatic, hands-on and creative, culturally versatile, resilient and KPI Driven
  • Open to travel (20-30%) globally
