People Ops. Assistant

As a People Ops. Assistant at Auterion, you will play a crucial role in supporting the people team and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

This is a Fixed-Term position (3-6 months), with the view of converting into a permanent employee. 60%-80% welcome.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support of the People Partner in the day-to-day business as well as independent processing of all internal and external people operations-related inquiries
• Preparation of all people operations documents, such as employment contracts, employment certificates, diverse agreements, and notices of termination
• Responsibility for employee Records and Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, as well as assisting in the documentation of policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the people department

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in people operations or related administrative roles
• Familiarity with Swiss employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proactive and able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• CH or EU Citizenship is a must have
• Fluent in both English and German (nice to have)
