Reporting to: VP Perfumery Technical Development

Key Responsibilties

Be the main technical contact for our clients in the Fabric Cleaning category
Accountable for defining & driving the Technology strategy for the Fabric Cleaning category, in alignment and collaboration with our partners in Perfumery, Corporate R&D, Legal & Regulatory & Operations
Works intimately with Innovation Business Dev team & Innovation Program Leaders to ensure alignment of Projects in Program to Client & Category targets in Deployment plans.
Leads & inspires the global network of technical managers supporting the Fabric Cleaning category
Drive change in Data Management and AI implementation
Ensure technology watch & manage IP strategy in the field, in collaboration with our Legal teamd

We Value

PhD in Chemical/Physical Chemistry of polymers, Material Science, with at least 10 years of work experience or MSc with 15 years of work experience in an R&D environment within Perfumery and/or FMCG industry
Thorough understanding of Perfume chemistry, Innovation Processes & Project Management, as well as Home & Body Care (ideally Laundry) product development/formulation design
Solid track record of developing & successfully taking product Innovations to market
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. An ability to articulate and translate Science into consumer relevant language and vice versa.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative, manage changing priorities and work independently.
Fluent in English; French an asset
