For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:  Pharma | Paralegal | Zurich | 6  months | 80-100% | July 2023 | CHF 90’000Tasks
  • Provide support on executed agreements in response to issues and questions
  • Manage standard contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Maintain and update contract information within assigned tracking tools
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization
  • Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Residency in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw) or relevant certification 
  • At least 3 years PQE in the legal field, pharma experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in the area of contract law & contract management
