We are looking for your talent for our international client as Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Process Engineer for a full-time permanent position.

Major Accountabilities
  • Participate to the definition of Pharmaceutical production improvement strategy, and to the improvement of associated processes.
  • Elaborate and lead optimization and improvement plans in order to meet or improve the targets set on process reliability, compliance (prevent and minimize loss & retreatment), safety, ergonomic and environment, lead time and yield.
  • Take the ownership of pharmaceutical production deviations from opening to closure, including impact analysis and definition of CAPAs were necessary.
  • Participate as Pharmaceutical Process Expert in troubleshooting, change control, engineering changes, projects, cleaning and process validation.
Your Profile
  • Master’s degree within Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related disciplines.
  • Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing (/ 5ans).
  • Excellent understanding of a manufacturing plant subject to cGxP regulations and good knowledge of interactions between all functions.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, pharmaceutical products and safety aspects.
  • Ability to support a culture of continuous improvement into a manufacturing site.
  • Ability to identify and to implement opportunity of improvement in line with the vision, mission and strategy (bottom-up).
  • Ability to simplify processes, to reduce variability and to eliminate wastes to produce more value-added activities.
  • Languages: French & English (written and spoken).
