Tasks

  • Competent in ESAB MRP systems to be able to perform role
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the SIOP and MPS process
  • Manage finished goods inventory for their rangeacross all warehouses using LEAN principles, ensuring inventory is held at budgeted levels while meeting the delivery performance expected by customers
  • Implement processes improvement that positively impact company’s inventory and delivery performance
  • Implement processes that minimize the build-up of non-stock items
  • Managing and balancing the expectations of internal and external customers with available resources
  • Own their S.M.A.R.T. KPIs objectives
  • Actively participate in the elimination of waste and process improvements
  • Understand current manufacturing process and constraints for the range they manage
  • Continuously improve standard work to achieve world class processes
  • Understanding of the current state of the SIOP
and MPS process

Requirements

  • Higher education/ University Degree in Procurement or Operations Management
  • Knowledge in LEAN management or SIX SIGMA
  • Primary background in Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical and data driven without losing big picture
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change
  • Mobility & Travel Requirements up to 25%
