We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, engage and develop planning team in line with dsm-firmenich fundamentals & core values
- Manage the planning activity of key manufacturing facility in the region in line with service level, inventory & cost objectives
- Optimize site capacity planning and contribute to regional load balancing
- Lead planning parameters validation to integrate our best-in-class planning strategies to enhance service level, optimize costs, optimize inventory and proactively mitigate losses
- Serve as a key link between customer care, production, quality and logistics; proactively eliminate and manage escalations
- Facilitate and enable planning digitalization and advanced planning solution implementation
- MSc degree from high Engineering School with Supply Chain specialization
- 5-10 years relevant experience in the industry or in this area of expertise
- Proven professional background in planning with an analytical mind
- Strong relationship building skills and interpersonal effectiveness, including ability to manage, influence, and inspire an internal network of stakeholders (Business Planning, Commercial, Quality, Production; Customer Care...)
- Solid SAP R3/APO and Excel knowledge
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- CPIM APIC certification is a plus
- Fluent in French and English (min C1)
